8 steps to a pain-free back:

The 8 easy steps that you can take in order to enjoy a day without a backache are given below. Incorporating all of them in your daily routine would not only save you from a tiring backache but also help you live a healthy life ahead.

Step 1-Relax your back muscle:

No matter how active you feel, after a day full of demanding tasks, your back muscles get tired, tight and sore. You need to relax them before they start aching and make all your hard-work go into the drain. Thus, it is advised even by the doctors to relax your back multiple times a day. Whenever you feel that the pain is increasing lie down either straight or on your back on the foam or on the floor.

Step 2- Maintenance of the back posture:

While working, make sure that your back is in the right posture. It is neither humped nor without support for a long time. If you want to sit without the support, you should maintain the upright posture. The neck and back alignment must be perfect to avoid all the muscle ache problems.

Step 3- Exercise daily:

Keeping your body physically active gives you an extra advantage. It keeps all your muscles active and builds them for excessive activity.

Step 4- Your back needs support:

Whenever you are sitting, make sure you have a back support so that your back muscles can relax. Sitting too long without a back support leads to a backache.

Step 5- Breathe in, Breathe out, it’s time to relax:

Too much vigorous activity can be stressful. Leaving all your work aside for a minute or two and breathing in and out multiple times will help you release the pressure on your body.

Step 6- Distribute your workload:

Doing all the work at one time can build up the stress and tense your muscle. It is better to equally divide the daily chores in the whole day.

Step 7- Peace of mind:

Whatever you are doing, make sure you are mentally at peace. Staying calm helps a lot in avoiding the pain.

Step 8- Eat nutritiously:

Adding healthy fruits and vegetable portions helps your body utilize the necessary nutrients on time. This makes it fit and healthy for the daily routine work.
